Spicy agurkesalat med teriyaki, chili og saltede peanuts

En simpel og frisk agurkesalat med masser af smag og spice. Server agurkesalaten som tilbehør til friske sommerruller, forårsruller, nudelretter eller andre asiatiske inspirerede retter.
Tilbehør til 4 personer
Ingredienser:
4 skoleagurker (eller 1 stor)
1/2 chili (efter smag)
1 fed hvidløg
2 spsk teriyaki sauce
1 spsk sesamolie (af ristede sesamfrø)
1/2 spsk limesaft
1 håndfuld frisk koriander
1 håndfuld saltede peanuts
Fremgangsmåde:
Skær agurker i helt tynde skiver, brug gerne et mandolinjern. Halver chili, fjern kerner og hak det fint. Riv hvidløg fint. Bland en sauce af teriyaki sauce, chili, hvidløg, sesamolie og limesaft.
Vend agurkerne med saucen lige inden servering. Top med rigeligt finthakket koriander og saltede peanuts.
